Return-Linked Shipping:
We offer one-time FREE reverse pickup for returns or exchanges within India. For any additional returns or exchanges on the same order, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

For orders involving discounted items or purchases made using promo codes, returns are not eligible. Refunds, if applicable, will only reflect the amount paid after discounts or coupons.

Order Tracking :
As soon as your order is dispatched, the tracking number will be updated in your Aamira account under the ‘My Orders’ section. You may also receive tracking details via SMS or email. You can follow the journey of your package through our Tracking Services section on the website.

Packaging and Unboxing :
Every order from Aamira is thoughtfully packed in a premium box, designed to make your unboxing moment extra special. We encourage you to inspect the parcel carefully at the time of delivery and do not accept packages that appear damaged, tampered with, or opened.

To ensure smooth resolution of any issues, we recommend recording a 360-degree unboxing video at the time of receiving the package. This helps support claims related to missing items or damages.

Order Verification and Cancellations :
Aamira reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation. We may also contact you to verify shipping details—such as address, contact number, or item quantity—before dispatching your order. Orders may be held or cancelled in the absence of such confirmation.
