2. Products & Orders
All products listed on our website are made to order.
We strive to display product details, images, and colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to photography or screen settings.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are final at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to update prices, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
Full payment must be made before we begin processing your order.

4. Shipping
Orders typically require 5-6 working day for ready to shipment and 6-7 working days for delivery (approximately 11-13 days in total).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location or unforeseen courier delays.

Inspection upon Delivery: Require customers to inspect the package for tampering before accepting it. "If the package seal appears broken or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery."

5. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
Returns: Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges: Only items with verified manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange.
You must provide an unboxing video as proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or engraved pieces. Items that show signs of wear, resized rings, or damaged jewelry.
Refund Process: "Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has passed our Quality Control (QC) inspection."

6. Product Descriptions & Disclosure
Nature of Goods: Explicitly state that the diamonds sold are "Lab-Grown," "Man-Made," or "Cultured." You must clarify that they are not mined diamonds, although they share the same chemical properties.

Plating & Finish: If the silver is Rhodium plated, Gold plated, or Rose Gold plated, state that plating is a surface finish and may wear off over time depending on usage.

Images vs. Reality: "While we try to represent our jewelry accurately, monitor settings may vary. Actual product size and gemstone color may differ slightly from the photographs."

7. Pricing and Payment
Metal Price Fluctuations: "Prices for silver and diamonds are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations. The price at the time of order confirmation is final."

8. Warranty and Repairs
Manufacturing Defects: We Offers a warranty period of 6 months, covering structural defects or loose stones caused by crafting errors.
Exclusions: "This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.Tarnishing of silver (a natural process).
Fading of gold/rhodium plating.
Damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposure to chemicals, swimming with jewelry)."
